River and Country was established by people from Kuttanadu in 1996. We started by converting 2 country boats into houseboats and now have 7 A/C houseboats and 2 Non A/c with 14 rooms (all together). We had been handling both national and international travel agents of repute since the inception. We had been a professionally managed organisation and the travel agents are always happy with our services. |
| We have managed many major group movements with as many as 47 houseboats and special packages like dinner on a floating barge, fire works, snake boat races etc. |
| All the crew members are from Kuttanadu and they are well behaved and have a thorough knowledge of the route. The food prepared on board are homely and very tasty. |
